Terms of Service

These Terms govern registration and use of ADDVIEW and HANDAM, including operation, maintenance, data processing, security, AI features and content functions.

Registering through either ADDVIEW or HANDAM creates or links an ADDFARM unified account. Service-specific roles such as facility administrator, farm user or HANDAM creator may require separate approval.

• •ADDVIEW: farm sensors/gateways, data collection/storage, dashboards, alerts, agricultural AI diagnosis and reports.
• •HANDAM: web novel/webtoon publication, viewing, search, recommendations, creator activities, branch-story creation/exploration and reader reactions.
• •Shared infrastructure: accounts/permissions, APIs, databases, file storage, operational logs, admin functions and AI modules.
• •Security: private networks, VPN, firewalls, access control and encryption may be applied depending on the service.

1. Accept these Terms and required privacy notices, then create or link an ADDFARM unified account.
2. For ADDVIEW, register facilities/devices and configure dashboards, alerts or calibration as applicable.
3. For HANDAM, use reading/reaction functions and, after creator approval where required, register works, episodes and branch content.
4. Use AI diagnosis, reports or content-generation features subject to any additional notice or consent shown for the feature.

Registration for one service does not automatically grant paid plans, facility-management authority or creator status in another service.

The Company aims to operate core services reliably. Operational targets in the Korean terms currently include 99.5% monthly availability for core services excluding scheduled maintenance, approximately one scheduled maintenance window per month where necessary, and first response to serious incidents during business hours based on severity.

These are operational targets, not absolute guarantees, unless a separate written contract states otherwise.

Operational data, sensor data, media, HANDAM content and reader-reaction data are processed as described in the Privacy Policy. The Company may perform backups, recovery testing, redundancy and security logging appropriate to the service.

AI features support agricultural decisions, diagnosis, content planning, review and generation. AI outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete or incorrect. Users must review outputs before applying them to farming operations, publication, commercial use or other decisions.

HANDAM works are not included in generative-AI training beyond service delivery without separate consent where such consent is required under Company policy or applicable law.

Creators retain copyright in their original works. A branch-story creator retains rights in the new original expression created by that creator, subject to the rights in the underlying work. Registering branch content does not transfer ownership of the original work.

PICK, semi-canon or official-branch labels indicate status within the story ecosystem and do not by themselves transfer copyright or determine ownership shares.

External IP commercialization such as publishing, webtoon adaptation, animation, video, games or merchandise requires a separate agreement defining scope, term, compensation and revenue sharing among relevant rights holders and the Company.

The Company may update features, APIs, security controls and service structure. Material changes that adversely affect users will be announced in advance when reasonably possible or as required by applicable law.

API keys and credentials must be kept confidential. Rate limits, scopes, versioning and deprecation schedules may be applied for stability and security.

• •Unauthorized sharing of accounts, passwords or API keys.
• •Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, harmful load generation, circumvention of security controls or disruption of the services.
• •Uploading content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark or other rights.
• •Using another person’s work, characters, settings, images or voice in HANDAM branch content without sufficient rights.
• •Manipulating views/recommendations, impersonating others, distributing illegal content or using the services for defamation, fraud or other unlawful conduct.

Fees, subscriptions, on-site support, maintenance scope, payment timing, cancellation and refunds are governed by the relevant order page, proposal or separate contract.

Where mandatory consumer-protection law applies to a transaction, nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

The Company may restrict or suspend access where necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, material breach, infringement complaints or protection of other users and systems. Where practical and legally permitted, the Company will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Closing the unified account normally ends access to both ADDVIEW and HANDAM, subject to lawful retention and public-content handling rules described in the Privacy Policy and HANDAM policies.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

This governing-law clause does not exclude mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights that apply to a user and cannot lawfully be waived by contract. Any mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to a particular consumer remain unaffected.

The Company may amend these Terms to reflect legal, security or service changes. Material or unfavorable changes will be announced in advance through the Company website, ADDVIEW or HANDAM as required by applicable law.
